F&b Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of street food operations, including food preparation, service, vendor management, and customer experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager or Operations Director, this role involves managing a diverse team of street food vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining the reputation of the street food.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Oversee day-to-day street food operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of food stalls or trucks, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality in all aspects of street food service.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, hygiene practices, and relevant regulations.
4. Monitor production processes to maintain quality, consistency, and effective in Shawarma preparations.
5. Train and supervise staff, including chefs, supervisors and servers to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
6. Set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
7. Manage inventory levels of shawarma ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices, to minimize risks and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
9. Conduct regular inspections of food stalls or trucks to ensure cleanliness, proper storage of ingredients, and adherence to safety protocols.
10. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
11. Develop and manage budgets, forecast, and financial plans for shawarma operations.
12. Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and other operating costs to achieve profitability targets.
13. Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
14. Plan and execute special events by creating customized menus and coordinating staff and resources.
15. Seeking new Business proposal and finding potential market.
16. Monthly meeting with operations director and supervisors to discuss concerns and analyze profit & loss.
17. Performs other duties assigned.
**Qualification, Experience & Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administrative, or any related filed.
- 10 to 15 years proven experience in Street Food as Operations Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial analysis, and business planning.
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to food service operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- With valid Food Handling Certificate.
- With Valid QID and NOC.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
