Property Upload to CRM and maintaining information.
- Landlord Registration along with adding landlord owner to the property
- Supplying Reference Numbers to properties uploaded on CRM
- Receiving Listing Form from agents and accurately adding information to the property listing.
- Supplying sales team with Quotation Reference
- Providing Landlord reports to our clients
- Maintaining Records of Developers and Accurately documenting them on CRM
- Providing Client Registration with the Landlord when needed
- Supplying Vacancy from Developers on a weekly basis
- Maintaining Commercial Registrations
- Following up with clients that have not answered effectively by calling back and following up with the agent. Should the client be not reachable to send a WhatsApp message and after several attempts to mark the client as lost
- Blue Plate verification to match Property Description
- Ensuring the Map location of the property is accurate
- Closing of deals effectively on CRM for the Agents
- Proper Filling of all Agent Documents
- Proper documentation filing for all Documents needed for Sales Department such as Marketing Agreement, Viewing forms, Listing Forms...
- Following up with developers.
- On Ground Support to the Sales Team
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
