**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Support to day-to-day functions of the office.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Scanning, filing, and copying documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and etc.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
