**Minimum of Three years experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives**
**Fluency in both English and Arabic**
**Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook**
**Ability to commit long-term and full-time**
**Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media**
**Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with mínimal supervision**
**Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.**
**Professional appearance and well-kept attire.**
**Coordinating meetings, arranging conference calls, reserving conference rooms, organizing catering**
**Organizing and scheduling client, internal meetings, and events**
**Organizing and maintaining an electronic filing system**
**Preparing correspondence and any other related materials**
**Maintain calendars and send reminders.**
**Execute other tasks as mandated by the CEO**
