**Coordinating meetings, arranging conference calls, reserving conference rooms, organizing catering**

**Organizing and scheduling client, internal meetings, and events**

**Organizing and maintaining an electronic filing system**

**Preparing correspondence and any other related materials**

**Maintain calendars and send reminders.**

**Execute other tasks as mandated by the CEO**
