Hospitality Secretary

Main responsibilities:
Key duties/responsibilities of Hospitality Secretary:
- 1. Preparing the memos as per CFO Advice.
2. Arranging legal requirements from Offshore hotels and obtaining further approval
3. Preparing Monthly Bank Balances Report (All Properties).
4. Log and submit Monthly Review Score (All Properties).
5. Prepare Bank Transfers and payments.
6. Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessment and handle and respond as appropriate.
7. Arrange documents for signatures to CFO and the owners
8. Trace pending items and follow up as appropriate
9. Arrange for various meetings and take minutes
10. Arrange travel bookings and schedules of CFO.
11. Extract and customize report templates as requested.
