**About the Job**

In this role, you will be responsible to establish and maintain an up to date revision of relevant cabin safety procedures for cabin crew based on national and international regulatory requirements and best practice. You will also be required to lead and manage a team of training managers, senior officers, first aid trainers, safety instructors, develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy to deliver corporate goals while ensuring that all Cabin Safety Procedures and Safety training courses are consistent within Qatar Airways as per international and national standards.

Additionally, the role responsibilities includes the following:

- Support relevant departments within the Company in conducting investigations into alleged breaches and safety procedures.
- Oversee the design, development and implementation of Safety Training materials in order to meet Qatar Airways needs and ensure they remain in compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
- Liase with Civil Aviation Authorities for all regulatory requirements ensuring that Qatar Airways remains up to date with current trends
- Supervise and oversee the preparation and submission of Capital/Expense budgets as well as monitor annual costs associated with the Regulatory Training Unit in order to meet planned growth.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Minimum of a bachelor degree from a recognized/reputable university is required.
- At least 10 years of relevant job experience. Previous experience in Cabin Crew Training within an international airline is preferred.
- Full awareness of the national and international relevant regulatory standards related to Aviation industry (IOSA, QCAA CAR OPS)
- Previous experience in managing a large multinational team in an international organization will be an added advantage.
