Job Description
- Lead and oversee all aspects of sales and distribution operations for specific business channels.
- Drive sales growth, optimize distribution channels, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies, KPIs, priorities, and goals to ensure sustainable volume and profit growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales manager experience, preferably within the HOD Water business.
- Experience with direct distribution business models.
- Experience managing different retail channels (Modern Trade and Traditional).
- Direct-to-consumer and managing distributors' experience is a must.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
