What Will I Do
  1. As a sales engineer for Schneider Electric Qatar you will be responsible for the sales of Schneider electric products through our distribution and retail channels with strong focus on power distribution and wiring devices.
  2. Develop and maintain small to large electrical contractor accounts.
  3. Lead a strong pipeline built up for business and continuously monitor in SE system (BFO).
  4. Demonstrate offers expertise and conduct product solution demonstrations & discussions to the accounts/channels.
  5. Work closely with offer managers to monitor market changes and needs, competitors' products, and technology changes in order to adjust strategic directions as necessary.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Minimum 3 years in an outside sales role with distributor/retail/contractor responsibility.
  3. Transferrable Residency.
  4. Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Strong electrical industry and product knowledge.
  2. Distribution/retail knowledge and/or experience.
  3. Strong key channel relationships and demonstrates knowledge of major accounts within the sales territory.
  4. Understands sales process and channel relationships with limited internal oversight.

  3. Ability to establish and build customer relationships within the market area.
  4. Possesses presentation, training, and planning skills.
