Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wellness sector, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive sales growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for expansion, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with branding and promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the role.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the wellness or health industry, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets, with a focus on collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving business success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred, with a strong academic record and relevant professional certifications.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across multiple languages and cultures.
