Job Summary

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and selling kitchen cabinets, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to discuss their kitchen design needs and preferences.
  • Design and present custom kitchen cabinet solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their design goals and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in kitchen cabinet design and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of kitchen design trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
