Customer Service Operations Manager

Talent Leaders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive prompt, efficient, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional technical support through various channels.
Continuously monitor and assess customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize customer service processes and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor and evaluate customer service team performance metrics, identifying gaps and initiating strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of excellence.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong independent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and initiative management skills.
Extensive technical expertise across various Information Technology domains.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and team development skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing, and listening).
