Job Description

Talent Leaders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive prompt, efficient, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional technical support through various channels.

  • Continuously monitor and assess customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their requirements and exceeding their expectations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize customer service processes and ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Monitor and evaluate customer service team performance metrics, identifying gaps and initiating strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide comprehensive training, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Proven capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong independent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and initiative management skills.

  • Extensive technical expertise across various Information Technology domains.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and team development skills.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing, and listening).
