About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our Reservations Team at lxbfYeaa. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading employees, improving service by communicating with and assisting staff to understand guest needs, and ensuring that the Guest Experience team is trained to provide fast, efficient, resolutive, and personalized service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Call Center/Reservations Manager in a luxury hotel, knowledge of OpenTable system or any hotel and restaurant reservation system, exceptional people skills, good level of written and spoken English, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Lead Employees: Ensure that all team members are adequately trained and supported to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Improve Service Standards: Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Expertise in Hotel Operations: Have a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including room management, food and beverage services, membership programs, and other related systems.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with line managers, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
