Job Title: Front Office Agent

As a Front Office Agent at AccorHotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your role will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently offering a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
  • Greet and check-in guests, settle accounts, and ensure all service standards are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, including currency exchange and balancing a float.
  • Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Promote a professional team environment and uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience and upsell hotel facilities to enhance a guest's stay.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in the English Language (verbal & written), with a second language an asset.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Property Manager is an asset.
  • Required knowledge of Windows Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to stand for long periods, at least 8 hours per shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:

No remote work. Full-time employment.
