As a part of our commitment to fostering a great work culture, we are looking for a sales professional with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Doha - Qatar office.
In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers.
You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
A service mindset is essential for creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. We need someone who can influence, is results-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals who thrive on driving offering and sales development strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Elevator industry experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development/ Key Account Management
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
- Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
