Job Description:
The Account Executive plays a critical role in our success by providing exceptional support to our Account Management team. This includes managing and growing restaurant partnerships, optimizing operations, developing growth strategies, and enhancing partner visibility on our platform.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to drive revenue growth and improve internal processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic support, addressing and resolving partner issues related to logistics, service quality, or platform usage.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Maintain and update data in our CRM system to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve restaurant branding on our platform and expand partnerships through new business opportunities and initiatives.
- Provide regular performance insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills to effectively engage with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Fluency in Arabic and English required for effective communication.
- Strong analytical skills to track progress, measure impact, and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in the food delivery, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
