Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Ground Services team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring their journey with Qatar Airways is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face service to passengers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands and shifting priorities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
  • Assist passengers with various tasks, such as checking-in, baggage handling, and providing information on flight schedules and connections.
  • Work in a variety of areas, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and transfer desks, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ensure that all passengers receive a high level of service, meeting or exceeding their expectations and maintaining Qatar Airways' professional image.

Requirements

  • High school qualification with 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role in the service industry.
  • Able to work under pressure, managing competing demands and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a diplomatic, helpful, outgoing, and team-oriented approach.
