Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Mark Shramek, President/CEO

Job Summary: This role serves as the main point of interaction between our customers and field technicians, and works to provide professional, efficient service by resolving service issues and providing outreach to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers all calls in a professional, pleasant manner and routes or handles as necessary.
  • Resolves customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Tracks customer satisfaction and technician performance.
  • Handles Accounts Receivable and invoice collections according to company guidelines.
  • Provides weekly reports outlining any issues as well as all steps taken to resolve.
  • Handles scheduling of technician work orders.
  • Engages pro-actively and regularly with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience.
  • Attends staff meetings and training as required.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and understand when a superior needs to be involved in decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills which positively benefit interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a highly organized and efficient manner.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to successfully use Outlook.
