Key Responsibilities


The Cluster Sales Executive will be responsible for the following key areas:



Sales and Marketing:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Promote the hotel's products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements for group bookings and events.


Client Relationships:



  • Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on key accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on client needs and preferences to inform sales strategies and approaches.


Team Collaboration:



  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the sales team to drive revenue growth and increase market share.


Operational Excellence:



  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on hotel offerings, rates, and promotional packages.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
