At SPHC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest possible level of service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure incoming guests are given personalized attention and exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Receive and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Verify guest profiles and accommodations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide information on hotel services and local attractions, promoting a positive guest experience.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Utilize computerized systems to process accounts, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment securely and efficiently.
  • Administer front desk clerical systems and procedures, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Offer currency exchange services and provide assistance with foreign currencies.
  • Balance daily business accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Foster a positive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
