Job Role
As a Field Sales Manager – Modern Trade at Antal, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and sales performance in the modern trade channel.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and improve market presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven sales management experience and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English language (read, write, and speak).
- Arabic speaking ability is preferable.
