Sales Growth Strategist for Fluids

This role involves selling products, services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area and managing complex sales processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Selling product(s), services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Managing complex sales processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders both with clients and Baker Hughes.
- Meeting assigned sales, commercial, and personal development goals.
- Handling diverse clients in your area/region of responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids.
- An additional 3 years of Sales experience.
- Experience in building tenders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner.
- The ability to set and execute sales and growth strategies.
- Fluency in English.
