The Job Description

This role involves leading and growing strategic accounts in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Pakistan. You will focus on driving business outcomes, deepening customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and close opportunities with new customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Strategic Accounts: Expand and retain existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and delivering measurable value.
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate MinIO's benefits to technical and business stakeholders, focusing on business impact and customer success.
  • Build a Robust Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast performance, and meet or exceed ARR targets.

Your Requirements

  • Strong Sales Leadership: 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with consistent quota achievement and expertise in managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Account Growth Expertise: Demonstrated ability to expand and retain accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and delivering measurable customer value.
  • Cloud-Native Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, data infrastructure, or B2B SaaS.
