Business Development Manager

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve account growth and revenue targets.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the industry and company products to match solutions to client needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information, quotations, and solutions specifications to clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements to meet client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to senior management using CRM tools.
- Upsell and cross-sell company solutions and services to existing clients.
- Maintain high-quality service standards by analyzing market conditions, competitive data, and client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and company products through regular training and professional development.
- Manage existing business partners and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals as required.
- Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all clients.
- Understand client industries, products, strategies, and goals to determine how to best support them.
- Attend and generate leads from social events and connections in the market with action plans.
- Have a good understanding of company IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value to non-technical audiences.
- Liaise with departments as required to understand client goals and key performance metrics to meet and exceed those goals.
- Work closely with finance on payments setup and invoicing.
