Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at PPL Dynamics, the Account Manager - Relationship Building will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.

  1. Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and account expansion.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both through referrals and targeted marketing efforts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
