Job Description
The Rider Partnership Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations of riders/drivers with their suppliers, tracking key metrics like Order Per Day, acceptance rate, and active hours. This position requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Monitor and address complaints escalated via platforms like WhatsApp, email, Slack or other communication channels.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure timely monitoring and renewal of critical documents such as Iyarra, Istimara, QID, and health certificates.
- Escalation Handling: Address and resolve riders and drivers concerns related to salaries, shift timings, vehicle issues, and operational matters to foster a positive work environment.
- Driver/Rider Engagement: Follow up with off-shift drivers to ensure their availability and readiness.
