Job Summary
Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administration Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of contracts, including modifications, payment verification, and closeout procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: You will administer contracts, including modifications, payment verification, and closeout procedures.
- Vendor Evaluation: You will evaluate vendors, considering factors such as quality, price, and delivery.
- Contract Negotiation: You will negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable to Amentum.
- Data Maintenance: You will maintain accurate records of purchase orders, blanket purchase agreements, and other procurement-related data.
- Interface with Stakeholders: You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including program managers and functional organizations, to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at an advanced level.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System, as well as Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Procurement Experience: Two years of purchasing experience, preferably with a technical background.
- Licensure: Possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain a host nation driver's license.
