Job Overview

We are seeking an Office Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Project / Client Management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient general secretarial duties, including receiving and screening telephone calls and/or visitors, drafting correspondence, organizing archives and filing correspondence and documentation, and supporting the preparation of reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Project / Client Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  3. Coordinate international travel arrangements and process project, travel, and expenses.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other integrated systems and applications.
