Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Japanese cuisine, preferably in a luxury setting with a Five Star Property background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage culinary operations across the organization
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years experience as a Head Chef or Assistant Chef
  2. Luxury Japanese Restaurant experience a plus
  3. Five Star Property experience an added advantage
  4. Japanese Cuisine experience is a must
  5. Open to international candidates, with local preferred
  6. Must be proficient in food, transportation, and accommodation
  7. Visa Status: Single
  8. Gender: Non-gender specific

Salary and Benefits: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
