The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow strategic accounts in the following regions: UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Pakistan. Whether acquiring new customers or building relationships with existing ones, your role will focus on driving business outcomes, deepening customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business Growth: Proactively identify and close opportunities with new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Expand and Retain Existing Accounts: Manage relationships with strategic enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell, upsell, and deliver measurable value.
- Become an Expert in Communication: Articulate MinIO's benefits to technical and business stakeholders, focusing on business impact and customer success.
- Deliver Results: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast performance, and meet or exceed ARR targets.
Your Qualifications
- Proven Sales Leadership: 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales with consistent quota achievement and expertise in managing complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Account Growth Expertise: Demonstrated ability to expand and retain accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and delivering measurable customer value.
- New Business Acumen: Strong background in sourcing and closing new customers, particularly in enterprise or mid-market segments.
