About the Role
ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Call Center Team Leader. This challenging role demands strong leadership and communication skills to manage daily customer operations effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
Supervise and direct the call center team to achieve customer service excellence, ensuring prompt response to customer inquiries and issues.
Issue Resolution and EscalationResolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior management or other departments as required, maintaining effective communication throughout.
Service Delivery and QualityEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service, adhering to company policies and procedures, and making recommendations for process improvements.
Team Development and SupportFoster a positive team environment, providing coaching and training to enhance staff performance and contributing to the overall growth and development of the team.
Communication and ReportingPrepare and present regular reports on customer service performance, highlighting areas of improvement and suggesting strategies for enhancement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experiencepossess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with more than 8 years of experience in customer service and 3 years at the same level. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
