Role Summary

ECCO Gulf WLL is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality call center technology solutions. As a senior IT professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project milestones, budgets, and government tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Delivery:
    • Deliver high-quality call center technology solutions on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective system upgrades and deployments.
  2. Infrastructure Development:
    • Develop and implement a robust and scalable IT infrastructure to support business growth and expansion.
    • Ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies with existing infrastructure.
  3. Disaster Recovery:
    • Establish and maintain an effective disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity in the event of unexpected disruptions.
    • Conduct regular DR drills to test the readiness of IT systems and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Security & Compliance:
    • Oversee IT governance and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory frameworks.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of IT professionals to achieve organizational objectives and drive innovation.
    • Provide training and mentorship to enhance team competencies and support career development.
  6. Vendor Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful hardware and software procurement.
    • Negotiate service-level agreements to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Analyze emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve call center operations.
    • Develop strategies to enhance system efficiency, user satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
