Job OverviewWe are looking for a talented Call Center Agent to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Accountabilities:- Assist customers with telephone queries and complaints.
- Makes announcements and pages the relevant person as required.
- Operates the switchboard and responds to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensures awareness of all emergencies and evacuation procedures.
