About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Grafana Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player
  • Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with open-source technology
  • Excellent communication skills in all channels (in-person, online, in-writing)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
