This position is responsible for driving revenue growth within a hotel by maintaining a strong customer base, generating consistent room nights and revenue, and implementing sales performance management systems.

Key Tasks:

  1. Coordinate Sales Planning: Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization's planning efforts. Collaborate with other functions as needed.
  2. Control Costs: Manage department payroll, advertising and promotion costs, and all office overheads to optimize revenue growth.
  3. Equipment and Supplies Management: Oversee office equipment and supplies, as well as general hotel equipment impacting sales efforts.
  4. Department Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with General Manager, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquet Sales, and other departments to ensure awareness of room availability, pricing, policy changes, and menus.
