About the Opportunity

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa is embarking on an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions. New Building Solutions is a strategic priority for our business to complement our growth plans and drive sustainable success with customer strategy.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development and Growth Expert to lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers in the Elevator industry.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying solutions and developing processes that add value to our customers, managing opportunities from current and new customers, and closing deals that meet customer needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the Elevator industry in Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards high customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and strong customer focus
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
