Sales Development and Growth Expert

The Sales Engineer will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers in the Elevator industry.
Key responsibilities include managing opportunities from current and new customers, closing deals that meet customer needs, and maximizing KONE's order book and profitability.
This is a unique opportunity to drive sales development strategies and share best practices with a team of professionals who thrive on innovation and growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the Elevator industry in Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards high customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
- Passion for sales with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and strong customer focus
- Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
