Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Proz Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections or complaints that may arise.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to set personal monthly targets and create plans to achieve them.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Specialization in Manpower Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Consultancy.
