Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ARCON. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster deep knowledge of ARCON's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to design and implement targeted lead generation campaigns, resulting in new business engagements.
  • Engage in strategic networking activities and events to establish connections with potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create compelling business proposals and contracts that showcase ARCON's offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with senior team members to develop and execute the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to deal closure.
  • Analyze client feedback to provide actionable insights and implement necessary changes to exceed their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to ensure ARCON's offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for business development and sales is essential.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in sales is required.
  • An IT software security solution company background is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills are necessary to build relationships and connect with potential clients.
  • The ability to identify pain points and suggest suitable products or services to generate revenue is crucial.
  • You should be intuitive, insightful, and eager to learn about human behavior and business dynamics.
  • A professional yet affable demeanor, with a neat and well-groomed appearance, is expected.
  • Resourcefulness and outstanding research skills are necessary to enhance sales strategies.
  • You should be enthusiastic about taking on challenges and determined to excel in your role.
  • Local language linguistic skills are considered an added value.
