Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Plans: Create and implement strategies to expand our presence in the telecom industry, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance our service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Head: Work closely with the Business Unit Head to align strategies, goals, and initiatives for driving business growth in the telecom sector.
- Establish Strategic Partnerships: Partner with industry-leading digital telecom solution vendors, solution providers, system integrators, and technology partners to enhance service offerings and capabilities available to clients.
- Develop Comprehensive Solutions: Collaborate with partners to develop customized telecom solutions that address specific client needs and requirements, ensuring seamless integration of services.
Business Development Initiatives:
- Win New Telecom Clients: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecom industry, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition, thus achieving sales targets.
- Build a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of sales professionals specialized in telecom services, driving their success in acquiring new clients and expanding market share.
