Responsibilities
  • Execute all marketing efforts with a hands-on approach, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
  • Manage and build relationships with affiliate partners, identifying new opportunities to grow the affiliate scheme.
  • Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee all affiliate campaigns, ensuring their integrity and alignment with our standards.
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief, and execution, measuring performance and driving growth.
Requirements
  • Mature business development management experience, with a strong sense of ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for working in a start-up environment, with adaptability to flexible and stretched hours.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends, with a keen interest in crypto cultures.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English in spoken and written, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
