Customer Experience Coordinator

The Assistant Guest Relations Manager is responsible for leading the Front Desk operations, managing guest relationships, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Main Accountabilities:
- Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
