Business Development Manager

Maximize store profitability by leveraging diverse revenue streams to boost sales and optimize inventory management and variable costs. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for daily, weekly, and quarterly analysis. Ensure accurate and consistent cash handling procedures, adhering to company policies and protocols. Train the team on new products and monitor sales performance across various channels (dine-in, take out, home delivery, etc.).
Guest ObsessionEngage with customers to create lasting impressions and foster business relationships. Address guest complaints and escalate cases to senior management when necessary. Properly place food and non-food requisitions using the stock management system. Adhere to restaurant operating hours based on venue and legal requirements. Monitor controllable costs and strive to achieve required financial objectives. Build robust partnerships with key governmental and business bodies or institutions. Determine daily and weekly staffing needs based on business volume, focusing on productivity aspects. Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance routines and maintain adequate staffing levels. Periodically analyze product performance and recommend new ways to improve current performance, such as suggestive selling. Follow mechanisms to optimize cost elements and maximize profit margins. Conduct communication meetings and debriefs to keep staff informed about restaurant performance and company updates. Maintain clean and sparkling facilities by following cleaning schedules. Ensure safe storage of restaurant official documents and staff files. Adhere to company regulations for daily sales and end-of-day procedures. Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment that promotes team retention and engagement.
