Job Description
We are seeking a Market Expansion and Partnerships Director to join our team at Genius HRTech Services.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans, revenue forecasts, and sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Lead and mentor junior BD team members, providing guidance on strategies and best practices.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Qatar market and key industries, including oil & gas, construction, or workforce solutions.
