Roles and responsibilities

This management level role is mainly responsible for overseeing and managing all operations activities in Diabetes Line. In this position, the SM ensures continuous growth and generation of revenue by making the marketing plan in line with the principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner. The Sales Manager contributes at an expert level to meet medium to long-term objectives He/she partners with stakeholders in developing and defining departmental priorities in order to continually improve sales processes by streamlining and optimizing the sales process, managing CRM data, performing sales forecasting, leading a team of sales operations professionals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive and effective market business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by the business unit Manager.
  • Communicate sales operations requirements in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management
  • Analyze the changing market environment and customer requirements and provide marketplace issues results and feedback with the business unit Manager.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and communicate their needs and goals between other company team members
  • Accountable for delivery of revenue and profit assigned by the business
  • Ensure a growing relations with external parties by maintaining a constant communication and coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure business continuity.
  • Deliver and provide support to customers inquiries, negotiate pricing & offers with vendors to best meet the business requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and feasibility studies.
  • Follow up on agreements and tenders submissions related to his specialty.
  • Review receivables & payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment.
  • Extend their market research and define Market coverage needs and discuss market expansion and future opportunities with the business unit manager.
  • Ensure product inventory related to their specialty is updated and avoid commitment that may destroy reputation of the principal by closely monitoring inventory report through supply chain data and customer service.
  • Use customer satisfaction and complaints data from the quality assurance to gain insights to enable sound business decision making and maintain high level of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor supplier performance evaluation and coordinate further mitigation plans.
  • Coordination with the all parties including the customer service and project team for a project is related to their department till ending the project.
  • Submit all required documents and sign the hand over certificate by the customer
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.
  • Prepare a monthly /quarterly forecast.
  • Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Report.
Desired candidate profile

Graduate of business health care related or science background (eg. Doctor of Medicine, Nursing, Dietitian) experience.
Masters is preferred but not mandatory.
Should have strong communication & negotiation skills
Sales experience is Mandatory
Preferably minimum of 5 years' experience handling similar product range and specialties.
Preferred advance knowledge of Diabetes.
Language and proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic
Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite
Driving: Valid GCC driving license required
Coordination with the all parties including the customer service and project team for a project is related to their department till ending the project.
Submit all required documents and sign the hand over certificate by the customer
Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.
Prepare a monthly /quarterly forecast.
Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Report.
