Senior Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Ennismore. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, and to adapt to a dynamic schedule.
