**Position Overview**:
Rota International is seeking a **Manpower Coordinator** to manage outsourced manpower resources across our Entertainment Park in **Doha, Qatar**. This role is critical to ensuring that manpower levels meet operational requirements by preparing rosters, monitoring attendance, maintaining staff documentation, and coordinating with outsourcing agencies. The Manpower Coordinator serves as a bridge between park departments and manpower providers, ensuring smooth deployment, compliance, and efficient workforce management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with outsourced manpower agencies to ensure adequate staffing across park operations.
- Prepare, update, and distribute duty rosters, shift schedules, and daily manpower deployment plans.
- Monitor staff attendance, absences, overtime, and late arrivals using attendance systems and manual checks.
- Maintain accurate records of staff, including contracts, IDs, visas, medical certificates, and compliance documents.
- Support payroll verification by preparing attendance and overtime reports for agency staff.
- Act as the main point of contact between management and manpower agencies for recruitment, onboarding, replacements, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide manpower utilization reports, highlighting shortages, overtime trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct spot checks to verify staff deployment on-site.

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration** or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (roster management, reporting, and data handling).

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in manpower coordination, workforce planning, or HR operations.
- Prior experience in large-scale operations, events, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
