We require female accountant cum busineess development manager who can perform the below responsibilities and duties

n
Handling and recording clients inquiries and items requests.

Connecting with new clients and getting new business for the company.


n
Building strong and effective relationships with clients in order to deliver exceptional service, registering new client's details for future contact and develop an extensive loyal customer database.


n
Monitoring / preparing schedules, meetings, logs for various works, attend and follwup calls.
n
Managed files/folders and compiled records.
n
Managed financial records and bookkeeping activities.
n
Answer customers inquiries about the company.
n
Reroute calls to appropriate people.
n
Greet customers and visitors and perform tier-one/first contact services.
n
Answer telephone and relay messages to appropriate recipients.
n
Proofread records and reports for accuracy.
n
Helped organize office activities.
n
Ensures management of minor repairs of the office.
n
Performed document photocopying and paperwork distribution tasks.
n
Managed accurate billing and petty cash.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month
