Responsibilities
Technical responsibilites
To arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
This will involve the collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments.
(1)To ensure manual and computerized records are accurately maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection.(2)Monitor and record sickness and other absences.
(3)Diploma in Associate Degree 02 Years
(4)Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
(5)Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
General responsibilites
(1)To provide written notification to all the staff of any changes in pay.
(2) To provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, salary guidelines.
(3)Maintain internal database files and tables.
(4)Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
(5)Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
