OVERVIEW

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for corporate orders. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional interpersonal skills. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations, which are a persuasive representation of an organization's products/services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating new corporate order sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs.
  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Acting as the point of contact and handling customers' individual needs.
  • Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with existing customers and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Overseeing the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Exploring and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Updating and maintaining the customer information database regularly.
  • Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers promptly.
  • Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Setting and tracking sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitoring sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales and account management of corporate sales.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Analytical and critical thinking.
  • Math and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams is imperative.
  • Must be creative and understand corporate gifts orders.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing corporate gifts orders and sales in Qatar.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Transferrable QID.
