Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the database for Non-HMC PR/PO summary.
  2. Raise HMC PRs in Oracle according to the details provided by the planner.
  3. Scan delivery documents such as delivery notes, LPOs, and other documents for each delivery.
  4. Assist the Logistics and Supply Chain Team with daily transactions, such as deliveries, backorders, and item creation.
  5. Ship out outbound transactions through the ERP system.
  6. Assess and resolve issues related to excess quantities, duplicate orders (item code and description), and discontinued items.
  7. Perform logical transaction data entry in Oracle as per the SCM/Logistics team's request.
  8. Update sub-inventory, quantity, and lot expiry information for items.
  9. Submit requests for backordered items.
  10. Update the master list to avoid item duplication.
  11. Track orders and create new orders as required.
  12. Escalate order creation issues and report them to the Logistics Management Supervisor.
  13. Assist the team with inbound and outbound reconciliation.
  14. Ensure all outbound transactions in Oracle are completed without any pending items.
  15. Coordinate activities with the Logistics Team to ensure timely approval of requisitions.
  16. Share expired item details and P.O. details daily as per storekeepers' requests.
  17. Enter data into the database.
  18. Record and maintain all inbound and outbound records in the system.
  19. Participate in yearly stock counting at the Health Center and Central Warehouse and report any discrepancies to the SCM/Logistics team.
  20. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  21. Maintain files and records using effective filing systems.
  22. Support the Warehouse Store in daily activities such as inbound and outbound inspections.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, finance, or similar discipline.
  2. Minimum 6 years of similar experience within the government sector in healthcare entities in Qatar.
  3. The consultant is expected to have hands-on experience of Oracle ERP & basic knowledge of WMS.
  4. Mandatory Excel skills for reporting & analysing.
  5. The incumbent should understand the end-to-end logistics business processes and be able to handle the operations daily.
  6. Inventory/ Logistics Warehouse & Store Management Skills.
  7. Trouble Shooting, Problem Solving skills.
  8. Communication and Organizing skills.
  9. Presentation and Microsoft Excel skills.
  10. Experience in Oracle Inventory module.
  11. Mandatory English reading, writing, and communication skills.
